Naveed joined Lightspeed in 2023 and focused primarily on enterprise applications, AI, and healthtech.

He has long been captivated by entrepreneurship and the opportunity to use enterprise as a vehicle for innovation. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he joined investment bank PJT Partners, where he helped advise companies in the fintech and real estate sectors on M&A, IPOs, and strategic alternatives. Eager to delve deeper into the world of software startups and entrepreneurship, he joined venture-backed healthtech Ribbon Health, serving on their BizOps and product teams, overseeing core provider data, and leading a team of data scientists and engineers.
