Myles Weinstein

Operating Partner. Menlo Park.

Myles Weinstein joined Lightspeed as an Operating Partner in 2025, where he focuses on supporting founders and revenue leaders on Go-To-Market functions. He brings hands-on experience building and optimizing Revenue and Go-To-Market Operations across public, PE-backed, and VC-funded companies, and works closely with Lightspeed portfolio teams to set operational standards that accelerate growth.

Before Lightspeed, Myles served as Global Vice President of Revenue Operations at Icertis. Prior to that, he spent over six years with Coupa Software, leading GTM Strategy and Sales Operations, and also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. “I understand the weight of balancing strategic vision with the pressure of hitting quarterly targets.” His operational empathy, honed through every stage of a GTM organization’s evolution, informs how he helps founders execute for scale while avoiding costly pitfalls.

Myles views great VCs and PEs as strategic partners, advisors who earn trust through results. That belief led him to Lightspeed, where conversations with the PE team revealed a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up. “There was an energy, a clarity of purpose,” he says. “I wanted to be part of defining what excellence looks like here.”

Raised by two entrepreneurial parents — his mother, an immigrant from Japan who started a consulting firm, and his father, who put himself through medical school and started a practice — Myles grew up with a front-row seat to the realities of building a business. That upbringing instilled a deep respect for founders and a work ethic rooted in ownership, integrity, and accountability. “At the heart of every company is a person who deeply cares,” he says. “Understanding the human side of the business makes me a better partner.”
