Growing up, Siddharth and his family frequently moved around as his father was in the armed forces. That experience not only helped him meet and appreciate people from different cultures and backgrounds but also instilled a sense of curiosity around navigating change and figuring out new things. At Lightspeed, Siddharth is responsible for helping founders build a point of view around Talent. He helps the portfolio with everything from Org Structuring to Assessment, Coaching, Hiring, and more. “Talent is at the forefront of venture,” said Siddharth. Previously, he managed the Executive Search business for the Technology Practice at Korn Ferry and worked closely with technology companies cutting through Software, Services, Systems & Devices, Telecom, Internet/Fintech, Semiconductor & GICs. He also managed the B2B Enterprise solution sales for Korn Ferry Futurestep (RPO) across industry sectors, and led “Go To Market” initiatives inclusive of pre-sales and solutioning. Siddarth loves to read, meet new people and learn from their stories and experiences. Having grown up playing several sports, he remains an avid golfer today and finds it meditative. He also loves spending quality time with his family.
